• Not transferring or selling your account to any third party. Each account is the exclusive property of the registered owner.

All activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. nemo69 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Nemo69 offers a variety of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian players. The following are the general guidelines for financial transactions on our platform:

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the platform's anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

• You have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
• Nemo69 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of confirmed fraud or illegal activity, nemo69 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account in question without any compensation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee or closure at nemo69's discretion.
• Members who have opted for self-exclusion through our responsible gaming programme will not be able to reopen their accounts before the chosen exclusion period has ended.

• Nemo69's total liability to any member, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendment of Terms & Applicable Laws

Nemo69 reserves the right to modify, amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this website.

Notices of major changes may be sent to members via registered email or in-platform notifications. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
